Upload your Driving Licence, Government ID (Aadhaar/Passport), and quick selfie. Our automated system approves your profile in 15–30 minutes.
Online Payment
Pay rental charges + refundable security deposit using UPI, Cards, or Net Banking. Instant invoice and QR verification pass generated.
Pickup & Drive
Show your booking QR at the Orbit hub station. Collect your 100% charged EV, helmet/charger, and track live telematics directly inside the app.
Return & Refund
Drop the EV back at any chosen station. After a quick digital check, your full security deposit is released back to your bank account or Orbit Wallet.
What You Need to Rent an EV
Make sure you meet these simple criteria before reserving.
Valid Driving Licence
Original physical driving licence (MCWG for 2-wheelers, LMV for cars). Learner licences (LLR) are not accepted under statutory guidelines.
Government ID Proof
Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID for national residential identity verification and seamless check-in.
Age Requirement (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (21+ for high-performance electric SUVs and sports electric motorcycles).
