1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Orbit Rentals web portal, mobile application, or engaging in electric vehicle rentals, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related operational policies.

2. User Eligibility & KYC Verification

The renter must be at least 18 years of age (21 years for electric cars) and possess a valid, non-expired driving licence issued by the Government of India or an authorized International Driving Permit. Complete KYC verification (Government ID, Driving Licence, and selfie) is strictly required prior to vehicle handover.

3. Authorized Vehicle Usage

Vehicles rented from Orbit Rentals shall only be driven by the registered customer or declared additional drivers. The vehicle must not be used for motor racing, off-roading, driving under the influence of narcotics or alcohol, or subleasing to third parties.

4. Telematics & GPS Monitoring

All fleet vehicles are equipped with real-time GPS telemetry, geofencing, battery tracking, and speed monitoring devices. In the event of cross-border boundary breaches or speed violations, Orbit Rentals reserves the right to issue warnings or remotely immobilize the vehicle for safety.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
